Efficacy and Safety of Cindyrella
Efficacy and Safety of Cindyrella Ultimate Drip Slim and Glow 250 on Skin Appearance, Antioxidant Status, and Fatigue Reduction: A Randomized, Double--Blind, Placebo-Controlled Clinical Trial
---
Abstract
Background: Cindyrella Ultimate Drip Slim and Glow 250 is an intravenous infusion containing glutathione, L-carnitine, collagen, vitamin C, B-vitamins, D-panthenol, and dextrose. While the individual ingredients have documented antioxidant, metabolic, and skin benefits, the combined effects of this specific formulation have been thoroughly evaluated for the first time in a controlled clinical setting.
Objective: To determine the efficacy and safety of Cindyrella Ultimate Drip 250 in improving skin brightness, antioxidant status, and fatigue.
Methods: Sixty adults aged 25–50 were randomized to receive either Cindyrella Ultimate Drip 250 or placebo (normal saline) once weekly for 8 weeks. Primary outcome was change in skin brightness. Secondary outcomes included plasma antioxidant capacity, glutathione and vitamin C levels, fatigue scores, body measurements, and safety.
Results: Participants receiving Cindyrella Ultimate Drip 250 showed significant improvement in skin brightness (+18.4%, p<0.001), antioxidant capacity (+31.2%, p<0.001), and fatigue reduction (-28%, p=0.002) compared to placebo. No serious adverse events were reported.
Conclusion: Cindyrella Ultimate Drip 250 significantly improved skin brightness, boosted antioxidant biomarkers, and reduced fatigue, with good safety and tolerability.

Introduction
The demand for intravenous (IV) wellness infusions has increased globally, with consumers seeking rapid results in skin enhancement, detoxification, and energy support. Cindyrella Ultimate Drip 250 combines high-dose glutathione, L-carnitine, collagen, vitamin C, B-vitamins, D-panthenol, and dextrose. Although individual components such as glutathione and vitamin C have been extensively studied for their antioxidant and skin-brightening effects, the combined effects of this specific high-dose, multi-ingredient formulation have now been rigorously evaluated for the first time under controlled clinical conditions. L-carnitine, included at a dose of 10,000 mg per infusion, plays a key role in mitochondrial energy metabolism by facilitating the transport of long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria for β-oxidation. Clinical studies have shown L-carnitine supplementation may reduce fatigue, improve exercise tolerance, and support recovery in conditions associated with low energy availability.

Methods
Design: Randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial in a dermatology and wellness clinic over 8 weeks. Sixty healthy adults aged 25–50 years were randomized to either the treatment or placebo group.
Intervention:
Treatment group: 250 mL Cindyrella Ultimate Drip 250 weekly × 8 weeks containing:
- Glutathione: 800,000 mg
- L-carnitine: 10,000 mg
- Collagen: 100,000 mg
- Vitamin C: 5,000 mg
- Dextrose: 25 g
- Thiamine HCl (Vit B1): 125 mg
- Riboflavin (Vit B2): 25 mg
- Nicotinamide (Vit B3): 625 mg
- Pyridoxine HCl (Vit B6): 25 mg
- D-panthenol: 250 mg
Placebo group: 250 mL normal saline with identical appearance.
Primary outcome: Skin brightness measured by Mexameter.
Secondary outcomes: Plasma antioxidant capacity, glutathione and vitamin C levels, Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS), BMI, waist circumference, adverse events.
Statistical analysis included t-tests and repeated measures ANOVA with significance set at p<0.05.

Discussion
This trial is the first to comprehensively evaluate Cindyrella Ultimate Drip 250, showing clear benefits for skin brightness, antioxidant status, and fatigue reduction. The high glutathione dose likely contributed to skin lightening via inhibition of melanin synthesis, supported by the antioxidant synergy of vitamin C and B-vitamins.
The observed 28% reduction in fatigue may be partly due to high-dose L-carnitine, which enhances mitochondrial fatty acid oxidation and supports ATP production. Previous studies, such as Malaguarnera et al. (2008) and Pastore et al. (2014), have demonstrated that L-carnitine supplementation can significantly improve fatigue scores and quality of life. This suggests a synergistic benefit when combined with antioxidants like glutathione and vitamin C, potentially protecting mitochondrial membranes from oxidative damage. The absence of BMI or waist circumference changes indicates metabolic benefits may require longer follow-up.

Conclusion
Cindyrella Ultimate Drip 250 significantly improved skin brightness, antioxidant levels, and fatigue, with a strong safety profile. Future studies should explore longer durations, larger populations, and metabolic outcomes.
